​In 2005, I tipped the scales at over 200 pounds on my 5'4" frame. Using Weight Watchers, I lost 85 pounds, a significant milestone in my life. However, over the years, my weight fluctuated because my relationship with food, my body, and my mind weren’t in alignment with who I truly wanted to be. I grew tired of the yo-yo dieting cycle, feeling trapped in a constant battle with myself. I desperately wanted to regain control over my eating habits and cultivate a healthier lifestyle that felt sustainable.

It was during this time of introspection that I discovered my passion for coaching. As I began to guide others on their journeys, I received incredible feedback from my clients; their successes became my own. Witnessing their transformations ignited a fire within me and solidified my belief in the power of coaching.

Motivated by this experience, I became a Certified Health and Life Coach—not just for my clients, but as part of my own healing and growth journey. I realized that in helping others, I was also helping myself.
